Heaps happening - and it is ALL GOOD!

1. Auckland Squad training continues through the festive season, right up until National Training Camp…. Saturdays, Judokwai 3-5pm!

23 December - hell-yeah we are training; 30 December - hell-yeah we are training; 6 January - hell-yeah we are training; 13 January hell-yeah we are training; …. 20 January…training will still happen, venue change to NELSON, National Training Camp!

2. New Caledonia 12 - 22 April / Auckland Squad Development Tour

Make sure you have communicated with Tour Manager bosjudo@hotmail.com and Coach robertlevy@xtra.co.nz that you are coming / or looking at coming - planning and booking is well underway (and cheap airfares are available now!).

3. National Training Camp

Make sure you have let the very wonderful ANITA paulanitahammett@xtra.co.nz know when you fly in / fly out if you want a lift (she is wonderful, but she is not a mindreader)

4. Holy Hell! JASON KOSTER will be in town and TRAINING WILL BE PUMPING OVER THE FESTIVE PERIOD!

Jason is a many time OJU Champion; Commonwealth Games medalist; Judo New Zealand's High Performance Director; Olympic Coach; past-National Coach; multi-medalist on the IJF World Circuit (including 3 medals; in 3 countries ; on 3 consecutive weeks).  

Jason is in town and will be running training sessions!!!  Tuesday 26 December till Friday 29 December EVERY DAY 10.00am - 12.00pm @ Judokwai!!!

Our chance to train with the best!!!   jkoster@fitfutures.co.nz    m: 022 136 4668   …Sessions will be a mix of technical/drilling and randori or conditioning

5. Coaching 2018

Thrilled to have Ryan Dill-Russell officially on the Auckland Squad Coaching Team for 2018 - one of our greatest athletes ever, who has done so much for the squad already!
