RIGHT OF ENTRY:
JudoNZ registered players, who either:
- is a New Zealand citizen
- has Permanent resident status
- is a resident in NZ and was a registered member with JudoNZ in the preceding year
(NB: Kung Fu Panda can enter this event if he wishes)
