Paul a successful businessman from Rotorua runs a farmer finace company,is a director of the Pilot craft beer company, and restarted judo in Rotorua .
Paul takes over from Graeme Fair who was president for many years and who was very successful in running tournaments and raising money for the clubs.
Judo in N.Z. thanks you for your past efforts.
Paul is very keen to continue your work and has already appointed a professional fund raiser.
Other ideas Paul has is to hold a Sponsored National Masters and kata championships in Rotorua and training days for Masters and kata judoka.
(the nail that sticks up shall be hammered down]
This year Paul has been very busy .
Went to Japan for the 12th All Japan masters second time and fought well.
Had contest points and passed his contest shodan .
Won the N.I. and the N.Z. Masters.
Won the N.Z. Nage no Kata Championships
