Auckland Squad Training Over the Weekend

Hi Team...

I have just got off the plane from the UK and have a cold (man-flu).

Thanks to Ryan and Ado for keeping things going, hope plenty of you took advantage of the official and unofficial squad sessions over Dec/Jan.

Good luck to Ivica; Ryan (and Ivica from the mighty Waikato), as they fight in Sofia (Bulgaria) this weekend.

Here is the plan for us humble NZL based folk:-

- Friday 29 Jan - circuit squad cancelled (I am too sick to make this happen)

- Saturday 30 Jan / 3-5pm AUCKLAND SQUAD TRAINING AT WESTERN JUDO ACADEMY (Judokwai is pre-booked by Aikido)

- Sunday 31 Jan / 9.30 - 11.30am Unisport (Merton Road) circuits (bring $5)


....following week.... 5; 6; 7 Feb - National Training Camp Christchurch YEAH BABY!!!
