So after paying for his air fare , accommodation, food and entry fees for shiai , under a new judo n.z. rule to stop n.z.judoka from going to train in japan and at the same time sit their shodan, judo n.z brought in a rule that unless u have been in japan 6 months prior you must pay extra fee to judo n.z. for the grade to be recognised.
How encouraging and progressive judo n.z. is .{not]

ridiculous. this is akin to a feudal censure or tax. if this approach is adopted will the unlicensed practice of judo technique be similarly prosecuted?if so will the offending combatants in the below link be tracked down and invoiced for the unlicensed practice of judo on a mountain trail?
