Firstly, a huge thank you to the great folk at "Bush & Beach" / as well as being New Zealand's finest - they are supporting Auckland Squad's Queensland International Open Development Tour with massive kit bags for everyone on the Team (they look amazing, thank you!). Hugely generous, and hugely appreciated!!!

Last full session for the year will be 3 - 5pm Saturday 17 December @ Judokwai. For those who want to train the following Saturday (and beyond) - contact Koen or Bradlee / there will be a lot more judo for those who are keen.
First full session back for 2017 will be 3 - 5pm Saturday 7 January @ Judokwai.
We are now up to 13 randoris in a session - now, we continue to build intensity.
For those club coaches with young athletes fighting at the QIO / please make sure your cadets are drilling their arm-locks and defence against armlocks.
