The crew of 17 claimed 13 medals! A superb effort given a high number of "first time" international competitors + hard twice a day training in Brisbane leading up to the event and an International Training Camp in the Gold Coast immediately after the event.
Massive thank you to the parents (who bankrolled their offspring) and of course to Auckland Squad Tour Manager Johan Boshoff who masterminded the logistics and planning.
Also nice to have Auckland Coach, Rob Levy as one of four international coaches invited to run workshops at the International Training Camp.
