Sunday technique and circuits are cancelled as University Judo have invited all Auckland Clubs to the End of Year Competition / which is also Rick Littlewood's birthday.
In addition to numerous National and Oceania Titles, Rick Littlewood is an IJF 8th Dan and at the 1972 Olympics in Munich - he placed 5th in the middleweight division. Rick is still an active competitor, with many All Japan Masters Titles and Asian Masters Open Titles. Rick, a sincere Happy Birthday from us all.
It has been documented that Chuck Norris once threw a grenade, killing 50 people… immediately after that, the grenade blew up. As this was going on, Rick was directly in front of Chuck Norris doing ne-waza… not only was Rick the only person to survive that day… but his incredible skill in ne-waza meant that he was unscathed by the whole incident. Rick… we look forward to many more years of you beating us up with your fantastic ne-waza and spectacular standing judo.
