Ferrid Kheder Seminar at Uni Judo

This Friday's session was a little different from normal, with a special guest taking the class. Ferrid Kheder, former French Olympian (who came 7th in the 2000 Olympics), BJJ black belt and MMA fighter stopped by our club to take a seminar, with attendance from AucklandBJJ, Judokwai, Nippon Judo School, Howick Judo and of course, University. He went over some attacks from a left on right position (including a couple of good set ups for our technique of the week, tai-otoshi) and even did randoori with some of our members. Overall, a good session and a good way to kick off our tai otoshi week!
