Marunouchi Police Club Visit 2013

We have just been informed that the Marunouchi judo club Tokyo has postponed their planned visit to N.Z.
Marunouchi police club is one one of the oldest judo clubs in Japan. Just after war when all martial arts were banned in Japan by General McArthur the Marunouchi judo club was next door to the allied H.Q.

As many officers were practicing judo at he Marunouchi  club a blind eye was turned in this direction which was also true for many other clubs in Japan..
