Members from Western and Judokai opted out in favour of the Alk training squad muttering that they had to train hard for the next international championship to get passed the 1st round .
Something which has eluded them to date . We always thought training more than 2/3 times per week was the way to go.
The BBQ after was tasty with lots of sausages, chicken, and scotch fillet. This was washed down with 30l of Mc Louds IPA which almost never happened as we had trouble get the beer machine to work.
From 10am on the same day Big judo ,Sandringham and Pukekohe and Epsom judo had a fun day with about 40 kids followed by a big bbq at the back complete with many parents .
Thank you Capt Ben your army training came in handy.
And again thank you to our many sponsors
