Amazing Opportunity - Saturday 17 Feb - Ferrid Kheder

Hi Team

Next Saturday (17th Feb) - Johan / Nippon has arranged for a visit from top International Ferrid Kheder… his direct, no nonsense judo was developed through the French training system - and he will be sharing his expertise with us.

Training @ Judokwai Saturday 3pm-5pm / $10 per person - this will be a technical training system with a top level international competitor, who has also transferred his skills to MMA and coaching.

Please remember $10, and be prepared to have a Champion's perspective on the fundamentals of judo.

If you are a coach or athlete who does not usually attend Squad - you are incredibly welcome / if you are unable to make it… book a flight to LasVegas or France, and you can do a seminar with Ferrid Kheder there (it should cost you less than $5,000, if you find somewhere cheap to stay) - alternatively, bring $10, and show up on Saturday.

Sunday is normal squad training 11am - 1pm.

Great session yesterday with Auckland Squad Coach - Ryan Dill-Russell… hot humid conditions, and Ryan put on a great session!

See you Saturday.
