Training resumed today after taking Monday off for Sensei's memorial proceedings with a solid turnout of 25 on the mats (including 11 black belts and 4 females).
It was notable also for the return of former coach and two time Commonwealth Games bronze medallist, Tim "Slydog" Slyfield, who took us through the throw he is renowned for, his tai-otoshi.
