AGM Update: Date Change

The AGM scheduled for 16th may 2011 has had to be postponed until the following Monday. The meeting will begin at 7.40pm after training. 

The agenda is:
1. To pass a motion dissolving The Epsom/Auckland University Judo Club Inc.
2. That all assets and liabilities be transferred to the newly incorporated club called Auckland University Judo Club Inc.
There will also be a brief General Meeting from 8.00 to 8.30 pm . Here we will make it official that club fees by way of a/p are $15.00 pw and $12.00 pw for full time students. We will also discuss this years N.Z.masters team trip to the all Japan Masters in Chiba Tokyo, 5/6th.November 2011. And there will be a presentation of an interim financial report for the 2010/11 years.
